You know, it's empowering to experience what happens when we consciously create mental space and utilize physical time.
We become free.
Free from outside distractions such as shopping, television, arguments, drinking, texting, working, eating..., and in that freedom we can create and utilize.
We create space where we can start to understand that we don't know what will happen from one minute to the next.
We utilize time to support the internal work of self-reflection which is paramount to personal growth.
By creating space and utilizing time, we can learn what the first steps are in the journey to understanding what it means to be a blessing to ourselves. When we know what it means to bless ourselves, we can then clear a way to learn how and where we can be a blessing to others.

The biblical platform for Bless Those Who...
Psalm 1:1
Happy are those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or take the path that sinners tread, or sit in the seat of scoffers.
The ancestral connection for Bless Those Who...
Aunt Minnie
Aunt Minnie was my father's sister. My aunt. She was the family caretaker, emotional supporter, protector, and calming presence. She rests in peace.
Think about a time when someone gave voice to another who was silenced.
How did that feel?
Conversely, think about a time when no one saw we were being excluded.
How did that feel?
The question: how did that feel? can inform us while we grow to understand how, where, and when we are blessed by others. Once we understand how we are blessed by others, we can then see where we can bless another.
With the recent news about a few bank failures, many vendors are updating their banking information. Scammers are using this moment of change to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. By preying on common anxieties, fraudsters can trick you into sending money to a phony bank account, for instance. Or providing your personal banking information.
Remember to stay calm.
Be skeptical.
